Born and raised in Spring Valley Village, Texas, Jessica moved to Washington, DC to begin her career after attending graduate school in London. Soon after, her sister, Samantha followed, planting permanent roots in the DMV area for their families. Jessica has family located in Alexandria, Arlington, McLean, Potomac, Annapolis, Easton, and Kalorama.
Jessica’s deep residential real estate knowledge comes from being a second-generation realtor and successful real estate investor. She is a former Anti-Money Laundering specialist and previously worked in mortgage compliance for a prestigious Washington, DC consulting firm. She also worked as a process specialist for the Federal Reserve. She holds a bachelors in business from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from Regent’s University, London.
Always keeping her clients interests as her “North Star,” she works nonstop to ensure that her clients have the best possible experience while giving them honest and unbiased advice. Jessica has exceptional attention to detail and highly intuitive market knowledge. She prides herself on her “comfortable professionalism,” which allows her to combine a professional yet competitive edge with a genuinely warm and easy-going demeanor. These attributes, coupled with Jessica’s core belief of total customer service, make her a trusted partner for her clients.
In addition to being happily married to a Naval Academy and Wharton Graduate, and having an energetic two-year-old son, Jessica is also a woman of many talents and loves to take on any challenge: her music catalogue was purchased by Disney and she has appeared on American Idol! In 2013, Jessica won the title of Miss District of Columbia USA where she worked tirelessly advocating for the DC Public School System and promoting Breast Cancer Research awareness. The Koch family are parishioners at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Washington, DC, where they were married.
Jessica joined the Blumel Adams Group in June of 2020. The team is based in Old Town Alexandria, and is licensed in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, their closed transactions exceed $400 million.
Dayna and Kerry are committed to engagement and leadership in the community and are past board members of the Dunbar Alexandria-Olympic Boys and Girls Club and recipients of the 2016 Excellence in Service Award.
